SPEAR team is currently executing 2 primary objectives in Ukraine:

1) Guiding, transporting, and providing safe haven and resettlement support to families fleeing the hostilities in
Ukraine via a network of safehouses and local volunteers inside and along the Ukrainian borders. Our priority are families that are currently located in hot conflict areas and individuals who are specifically targeted by occupying forces.

2) Providing front-line medical facilities and relief authorities in Ukraine, in particular the Ministry of Health and the United Nations, with specific items requested by these organizations. We are focusing on the needs of Kiev’s Ohmadyt Children’s Hospital #5, which has continued patient care by relocating its critical care ward to the basement.
